It started the way most good things do. With zero plan and a whole lot of heart.
I'm a born and raised Miami girl, a true Cuban-Miami girl, if we're being specific. I grew up in a beautiful, modern family: divorced parents, first-born daughter, four brothers. You know how first-born daughters are. We take the reins. We figure it out. We make things happen. That was always me.
My grandparents and parents came from Cuba with nothing but work ethic and a dream. They built something here without speaking the language, without a roadmap, without a safety net. I watched that growing up and it shaped everything, my drive, my hustle, my refusal to take anything for granted. Entrepreneurship wasn't just something I stumbled into. It was in my DNA before I even knew what that meant.
In 2009, I started Taudrey from my bedroom floor. No investors. No team. No blueprint. Just a University of Miami business degree, a lot of late nights, and a vision I couldn't shake. What started as a dream became a nationally recognized brand. Sold on QVC, featured on the Today Show three times, shipping to every state in the country. Over 16 years, I built it into a seven-figure business, supported an all-female team, and learned more from the hard moments than I ever did from the wins.
And oh girl, there were so many hard moments. Learning how to scale. Figuring out what came next. Making everything in-house. Leading a team. Failing, pivoting, getting back up. I wouldn't trade any of it, because every single one of those moments made me into the entrepreneur, mentor, and woman I am today.
Taudrey was truly my first baby. And after 16 years of building it from the ground up, I made the decision to pass the baton, and I stepped away from running it day to day.
It wasn't easy. But I knew it was time. As an entrepreneur, as a mom, and as a woman, I was ready to realign with new goals. Ready to take everything I'd learned and pour it into something new. Something bigger than a brand. A movement.
That's what brought me here. To this website. To this community. To you.
In the middle of building Taudrey, I became a mom. My daughter Siena just turned eight. My son Maverick is soon to be five. And I'll be honest, motherhood changed me in ways I didn't see coming.
I'm still learning how to navigate ambition and motherhood at the same time. Some days I crush it. Some days I'm just trying to get everyone fed and show up with a smile. I married my high school sweetheart Javier, and we've genuinely grown up together, which means he's seen all of it. The bedroom floor startup, the QVC calls, the tears, the 2am pivots, and the school pickups in between.
What I know for sure is this: I don't want to figure out this chapter alone. And I don't think you should have to either. That's why community is at the center of everything I'm building now.

I've run 3 full marathons. Running is my therapy, my meditation, and my proof that I can do hard things.
I will always choose an activity that involves the ocean. And probably a spritz.
I am obsessed with personal development. Constantly reading, learning, trying to be a better version of myself.
Nothing makes me happier than laughing with my girlfriends over a glass of wine.
I married my high school sweetheart. We've been figuring it out together since before we knew what we were doing.
A random Tuesday for me looks like: morning run, work, school pickup, ballet or baseball with my babies, and loving every ordinary second of it.
