The things I am loving this month across business, books, fashion, motherhood and everything in between.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Rachel Hollis: "5 Decisions That Will Make or Break Your Business This Year"
I am not exaggerating when I say this episode is required listening. I actually have every single one of my Founder to Founder clients listen to it as part of their onboarding and then we discuss it together on how it applies specifically to their business. That is how good it is.
The beauty of this episode is that you can listen to it over and over again and take something new away every single time. Where you are in your business journey completely changes what you hear. So whether you are just starting out or deep in the trenches, this one is for you.
Clear your schedule, grab your coffee, and press play. You can thank me later.

EMPOWERING WOMEN
I have been a Mel Robbins fan for years, since she first started her podcast. So when "Let Them" came out I was all in. I did the audio version and listened to it twice. Life changing is not an overstatement. And honestly? I think I am ready for a third listen.
I also love having a hard copy because there are chapters I flip back to when I need a reminder. It is that kind of book. The kind you keep on your nightstand and underline things in.
Two weeks ago I had the incredible opportunity to see Mel Robbins live on her world tour. And I just need to say, being in that room was something else. She started her podcast at 54. She wrote the number one best selling nonfiction book of all time at 56. She is living proof that it is never too late and that we are all so much more capable than we think.
If you have not read Let Them yet, this is your sign. And if you have already read it, this is your sign to do it again.

LIFESTYLE AND FASHION
I have been a Rent the Runway member since 2011. But that is honestly a whole topic for another day! One of my favorite things about being a member for so long is discovering brands I never would have found otherwise.
Enter: the Patch Sweater by 525 America. I am obsessed. The quality is incredible and the embroidery detailing is so unique and special. It is the kind of piece that looks expensive and feels even better. I have already worn it more times than I can count.
If you are not on Rent the Runway yet, this is also your sign. And if you are already a member, go find this one immediately. And if you're not yet an RTR member, enjoy 50% off your first month here.

MOTHERHOOD
If you are a mom you already know. May-cember is real. Mother's Day, teacher appreciation, end of school parties, Memorial Day weekend, recitals, games, it never stops. And I love every chaotic second of it.
But there is one thing that keeps me sane through all of it and that is my Skylight Calendar. I cannot say enough about this thing. It keeps my schedule synced with Javier's travel, Siena's ballet schedule, Maverick's baseball games and everything in between. We also keep our grocery list and meal plan on it which is a game changer for our family.
And here is the bonus that nobody talks about. When it goes into sleep mode it turns into the most beautiful digital picture frame and displays all of our family photos. Every single person who comes to our house ends up standing in front of it going down memory lane. It is such a special touch.
If you have one you know exactly what I mean. And if you do not have one yet, trust me on this one. It makes a great Mother's Day gift too!
MINDSET MOMENT

I saved this on Instagram a few weeks ago and I keep coming back to it. Because wow. I am totally guilty of spending so much mental energy worrying about every possible thing that could go wrong, things that may not even happen. And yet how often do we sit and really marinate in everything that could go right?
So this month I am practicing overthinking the best. Imagining the best outcome. Expecting good things. And I hope this little reminder helps you do the same.
Overthink the best. We deserve that.
That is a wrap on the very first Tiff's Top Picks! I hope something in here made you smile, sparked an idea, or gave you something new to try. See you back here the first Wednesday of June with a whole new lineup.
Big hug,
Tiff
