What I Am Reading This Summer to Expand My Mind
I have been taking more time this summer to read and expand myself, and I have to tell you about two books that have completely shifted my perspective lately.
The first is Everything Is Figureoutable by Marie Forleo. It is an oldie but it is so good and so powerful. If you have not read it yet, this is your sign. If you have read it, it might be time to revisit it.
I am also in the middle of The Magic of Believing and it has been such an incredible expander for manifesting, which I genuinely love leaning into.
I have actually compiled all of my all time favorite books in one place. The ones I learn from, lean on, and sometimes just need to get through the hard seasons. Mom brain approved and audiobook friendly, because let's be honest, that is how most of us are getting through books these days.
EMPOWERING WOMEN

Fully. Honestly. Exactly as I am. And I have really been focusing on that this summer thanks to my collaboration with Maheli Heli.
I have always been about confidence and spreading joy. And I want to lead by example. For my daughter. For my friends. For my community. Yes, my belly button looks different. Yes, I have stretch marks and cellulite. Yes, I have wrinkles from laughing too much, and I would not trade a single one. This is me. And I am not hiding any of it.

The Serum I Cannot Stop Talking About
I am bringing a little beauty into this month's picks because I have to share this one. A previous Founder to Founder client of mine, iGlo Aesthetics, put me onto this brightening serum and I am obsessed.
I have used it for the last few weeks and I am already loving the results! My skin is less blotchy, brighter, tighter and softer. It has genuinely become a staple in my routine.

MOTHERHOOD
Maverick Just Turned 5. And This One Hit Me Hard.
There is something about this milestone that makes you really realize they are not babies anymore. I am really soaking it in and trying my best to be present.
I used to think I had to choose between being an amazing mom and building something meaningful. I have learned that is simply not true. But I have also learned it is not easy, it is not linear, and nobody should have to figure it out alone.
I am not here to show you a perfect version of motherhood. I am here to sit with you in the real version of it. The beautiful, messy, laugh until you cry, worry until you cannot sleep, would not trade it for anything version. That is the only one I know.
I am sharing some tips I wish someone had told me along the way. Saving you the hard way.
MINDSET MOMENT
